This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for DoorAppeal orders. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
If we miss our 24-hour delivery SLA on a complete order (intake form fully submitted), you automatically receive a 50% credit applied to your next order. No request required. The credit appears in your customer record.
In the rare event we are unable to deliver an order at all (system failure, content we cannot process, etc.), you receive a 100% refund.
If you believe an order has been mishandled, please email [email protected] first. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for orders that were delivered and where no refund request was first sent to us.
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
We may update this policy. Orders already placed are governed by the policy in effect at the time of order. Material changes are communicated by email.
