These Terms of Service govern your use of doorappeal.com and the services provided by Digilayers (operating as DoorAppeal). By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
DoorAppeal provides done-for-you listing assets including, but not limited to, photo enhancement, virtual staging, listing description writing, social media posts, and printable PDF flyers. Specific deliverables vary by tier purchased.
Orders are placed through doorappeal.com. Payment is processed by Stripe in advance of delivery. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may update pricing from time to time; orders already placed are honored at the price quoted at order time.

If we miss our 24-hour SLA on a complete order, you receive a 50% credit on your next order, applied automatically.
Additional revisions beyond the included quantity are billed at $19 per revision round.
See the Refund Policy. In summary: per-order tiers are non-refundable once delivered. Pre-delivery cancellation receives a 100% refund if requested within 1 hour of order placement. Subscriptions are cancellable at any time; the current month is non-refundable; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We provide MLS-compliant disclosure as a default feature of every staged deliverable. You remain responsible for ensuring the deliverable meets your specific MLS, brokerage, and jurisdictional requirements. DoorAppeal is not liable for fines, listing rejections, or transactional outcomes resulting from your submission of our deliverables to third-party platforms.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the deliverables for the listing they were created for, including derivative listings of the same property. We retain the right to use deliverables in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digilayers, DoorAppeal, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from (a) your use of the deliverables, (b) any breach of these Terms, or (c) any content you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these Terms. Outstanding orders that have not entered production will be refunded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
